Felicia Brannon, Felicia’s Sweets & Other Treats is known for its extraordinary attention to detail, care, and the all natural ingredients used to prepare our desserts.

While Felicia’s web site is new, our recipes have been handed down for generations, and the tasteful results are now being shared with you. We make our products in small quantities to maintain consistency, quality, and pleasure not found in other desserts. It will take us approximately 48 hours to prepare your order for shipping.

Mission Statement: Mission Statement: While Felicia has taken cooking courses, it was her mother and grandmother’s kitchens where she truly learned the art. It is the mission of Felicia’s Sweets & Other Treats to continue in the family’s tradition to provide foods made from all natural ingredients that are just as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate. Our company is known for its fresh baked goods; our products are all natural and delicious. We are a company of people who are passionate about food that is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate, and believes in helping the community.

Does Felicia’s have its own retail store?
Not yet! Felicia’s is currently only sold on-line. However, we are working to expand the placement of our product with various retailers in your area.

Where can I find the nutritional information for your products?

How long will my product retain its quality and freshness?
The Praline Cookie is ALL Natural, which means they do not contain artificial ingredients or preservatives. We stamp an "enjoy by date" which indicates how long your product will retain its quality and freshness. However, with our delicious treats, the "enjoy by date" never seems to be a problem.

Do your products contain nuts?
Currently, we ARE using Pecans, Almonds, and Macadamia nuts in our cookies. We do NOT use PEANUTS; however, we may buy products from manufacturers that use such products when developing various components that we use to complete our treats. Given the presence of nuts in our bakery there is always a chance nut-products could come into contact with nuts and/or their by-products. If you have ANY further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail Felicia’s.

Are any of your products sugar-free?
We are working to develop a sugar-free line of products that keeps with our family tradition. At this time, however, none of our products are sugar-free—we use only all natural ingredients and have not found a suitable all natural substitute for pure cane sugar.

Are any of your products vegan?
No, all products contain eggs and/or egg whites.

Are your products gluten free?
No, all of our products contain wheat and wheat flour.

What if I am not satisfied with my product?
At Felicia’s we work night and day to ensure that our products are tasty and fresh, our customers are happy, and our packages are delivered in a timely manner. We're so confident that you'll love our products and services that if you are dissatisfied with any part of your experience, we will do whatever it takes to make you happy. Just call or e-mail us and someone will promptly assist you!

What is Felicia’s Philanthropy commitment?
At Felicia’s, a percentage of each purchase will go to support nonprofit organizations in the community.  Currently, the focus of Felicia’s is K-12 education and helping families to build their lives in order to own a home. Our ultimate goal is the development of a product line that is devoted to specifically raise money for the community; we’ll let you know when we’ve reached our goal. 

Shipping:

Who do you use for a shipping carrier?
Felicia’s ships all of our packages via UPS.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, unfortunately we cannot ship outside of the U.S.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Sorry! We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. UPS requires a numerical street address for all deliveries.

Which days do you ship and deliver?
At Felicia’s we work throughout the week, but bake and ship only Monday through Thursday. UPS delivers on business days (Monday through Friday.)

What time of the day will my package arrive?
UPS will deliver from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM. Typically they will deliver to businesses first, and then to residential addresses.

Does UPS require a signature for delivery?
Residential addresses typically do not require a signature. HOWEVER, if there is no one there to accept the package, and the UPS driver does not feel comfortable leaving it for ANY reason, s/he is required NOT to leave the package. UPS will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to Felicia’s. UPS will leave a note on the door following each delivery attempt. 

Business addresses do require a signature, but not necessarily from the recipient whose name is on the box. Anyone in the building is able to sign for the package.

Where do you ship from?
Our bakery is located in Los Angeles, California.

How do I track my package?
Simply sign into your customer account and click on "Check on my order status/history" then click on "Track Order". If you need assistance, email our Customer Service Team at orders@feliciassweets.com or for immediate assistance, call us at 888 842 9555 anytime.

Placing an Order:

How far in advance can I place my order?

As early as you'd like! Felicia’s will always accept early orders. We'll be sure not to bake your order or charge your credit card until just before the scheduled arrival date - that way, your treats will arrive fresh out of the oven!
(Please note: during November and December, to ensure delivery prior to the holidays, our order cutoff is the 9:00 a.m. PST the Wednesday before.)

Can I send my order via e-mail?
Of course! We try to make the ordering process as simple as possible. If you feel more comfortable e-mailing an order, you can send all order information to orders@feliciassweets.com.

Be sure to include:
1) Your billing address and contact information
2) The product(s) you wish to send and the recipient's name and address
3) Gift message(s) of 20-25 words
Upon receiving your e-mail, Felicia’s will then contact you to gather your payment information. Please DO NOT send your credit card information via e-mail!

How do I know my online order was received at your company?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been received. Please review the information provided - that way, we are able to make any necessary adjustments before shipping your order.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Please call us toll free at 888 842 9555 before the scheduled ship date and one of the members of our Customer Service Team will gladly assist you. Note: Your order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has shipped.

My credit card wasn't charged, did my order go through?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once we receive your order, but your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.

When will I receive a tracking number?
To obtain tracking information for all of your orders, simply sign into your customer account and click on "Check on my order status/history" then click "Track Order". If you placed an order without signing in or need assistance, email our Customer Service Team at orders@feliciassweets.com or, for immediate assistance, call us at 888 842 9555 anytime.

Can I buy your products in retail stores?
Not yet! But, we are working on it.  At Felicia’s we are exploring the development of retail stores to bring your favorite treat in a timelier manner.  However, you can help.  Contact the store or bakery manager in your neighborhood to make a request for your favorite Felicia’s; the more requests they receive the more likely they are to include our products in the store in your area!

Do you have a picture catalogue?
No, at this time we are not producing a catalogue. During the holidays we send out a newsletter for those who do not have access to the internet, but it does not contain pictures. If you have internet access, our web site is your best resource; it has pictures of all of our current products, as well as seasonal products, sales, and promotions!
